1. Shipping Destinations

  • New Zealand: We ship nationwide to all cities and rural areas.
  • Australia: We offer shipping to most locations across Australia, including major cities and regional areas.

2. Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • New Zealand: 2-5 business days.
    • Australia: 5-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors, such as public holidays or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • New Zealand:
    • Standard Shipping: NZD $5.00 (Free for orders over NZD $50).
    • Rural Delivery: Additional NZD $3.00.
  • Australia:
    • Standard Shipping: AUD $10.00 (Free for orders over AUD $75).
    • Remote Area Delivery: Additional AUD $5.00.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the total value of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at frank@frankcleen.co.nz. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

7. Customs and Duties (Australia)

For orders shipped to Australia, please note that any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and may be required upon delivery.
